Journal of Integrative Plant Biology （JIPB）
was launched in 1952 and has become a leading journal on plant science in China. It is the official English-language publication of Botanical Society of China and Institute of Botany, the Chinese Academy of Sciences. As a monthly journal, it publishes original papers, rapid communications and reviews on plant science, and covers all aspects of plant science in systematics and evolution botany; ecology and environmental biology; molecular and developmental biology; phytochemistry and resource conservation.

      JIPB is indexed in 44 index systems including SCI, CA, BA and BIOSIS database. Print copies of the journal are distributed to 40 countries. The journal entered into a co-publishing partnership with Blackwell Publishing in January 2005, and the journal now appears in the online publication system, Blackwell Synergy, which is available to over 3000 university libraries worldwide.
